To ensure the highest quality, the email templates underwent an extensive QA process, guaranteeing accessibility, dark mode compatibility, and responsive behavior across all email platforms. Additionally, we provided thorough documentation and training materials to facilitate easy adoption and usage of the design system by the WellnessLiving team.
The project also included the management of weekly email campaigns, including email deployment, as well as onboarding and training for new team members, ensuring seamless integration and execution of the new system within WellnessLiving's marketing operations.
