We developed a highly functional email design system for UPS, meticulously designed in Figma. The system includes a comprehensive color and style library, an extensive collection of visual assets like icons and photography, and a substantial component library, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency across all email communications.
The project also involved hand-coding a master template in Parcel and implementing it into Marketo. By utilizing Marketo’s custom template language, we provided multiple variations for each module, allowing for highly customized email campaigns. The email template underwent an extensive QA process to ensure accessibility, dark mode compatibility, and responsive behavior across all email platforms. Additionally, we delivered pre-built sample emails, enabling the UPS team to rapidly produce and deploy campaigns with ease.
